The services we offer give information on the dilution and spreading of emissions from industrial sites. By utilising our Area Mapping and Emission Fenceline techniques, we are able to provide information on the spread and dilution of multiple different pollutants, including various gaseous compounds, particulate matter and noise, as well as their sources in the production process.
With extensive experience within various industries, we have a proven track record in increasing understanding of the effect industrial sites have on the surrounding air and where potential problems lie.

Our Area Mapping technique produces site data in a systematic and repeatable way. The results are visualized as a choropleth map of emissions within the area; this can be overlayed on a satellite image or an infrastructure map of the area.
We can measure how emissions spread and dilute from their sources by way of our Emission Fenceline measurements, which are conducted at different altitudes and distances downwind from the area of interest. A comparison to reference measurements upwind from the source effectively illustrates how significant an effect the entire site has to the surrounding air.

Preliminary measurement results can be viewed on site, and afterwards we provide a comprehensive report that is reviewed together with you. Our report includes data visualized in a choropleth map, which can be used for communicating to different interest groups. Our measurement results are often used as real-world data to validate and develop existing dispersion models.

Planning
The measurements are planned and reviewed with the client to ensure the best possible outcome. Measurement plan can be reviewed by needed interest groups before purchasing decision and updated by Aeromon when needed. Aeromon will provide a site specific risk analysis and permits for flying.

Measurements
Aeromon will conduct measurements according to plan adapting to possible changes / new points of interest during the day. Preliminary results are gone through with the customer and further measurements can be conducted in customer’s areas of interest to locate emission sources.

Reporting
A thorough report is delivered shortly after the campaign. Report will be gone through with an Aeromon specialist in an online meeting (Teams). Next steps and further measurements are discussed to validate future development, maintenance work etc.
